印刷过程中怎么处理产生静电的现象?

  印刷中产生静电吸收,纸张之间严密贴合,不太容易分开,可能自动分纸机的分纸吸嘴都分不开。毛刷压重了,容易产生断张、空张;毛刷压轻了,又会形成双张或多张,多张纸进入橡皮滚筒与压印滚筒之间,会形成闷车,压坏橡皮布或衬垫。带静电的纸张,在输纸台向前保送不自然、不流利;抵达前规处容易形成倾斜不正,定位不准,从而招致套印无法套准,产生废品。

  收纸时带静电的纸张即便走过压印工序,也容易收纸不齐,给第二次整纸带来费事。不少物体带静电都是由摩擦惹起的,纸张带电也是摩擦惹起的。造纸时,纸与压光机的摩擦,印刷时,纸与橡皮滚筒、压印滚筒之间的摩擦都是产生静电的缘由。那么,怎样消弭纸张静电呢?

  纸张进厂入库后,寄存时间尽量长一些,寄存处能与印刷车间连通更好,温度控制在18~25摄氏度,相对湿度控制在60~70%,使纸库的温度、湿度与印刷品车间到达分歧,这样有利于使所寄存的纸张含水量改动。纸张含水量的改动,就是一个释放静电的过程。

  当车间里的相对湿度小于50%时,印刷或制版过程中容易产生很高的静电,因而,增加车间的相对湿度和纸张的含水量,特别是在晾纸时增加室内的相对湿度,有助于消弭静电。增加室内相对湿度可运用调湿设备,没有调湿设备能够用在空中上洒水增湿的办法。调湿设备主要为加湿器。在车间的天花板或墙壁上装置超声波雾化自动加湿器,当室内相对湿度没有到达请求时,加湿器就会自动喷出雾状水汽,增加室内相对湿度,在室内的相对湿度到达请求时,便会自动中止喷雾。

  采用抗静电剂(又称作静电消弭剂、除电剂)。抗静电剂的原理是给予纸、薄膜等带电体外表吸湿性离子,而变成亲水性,从而吸收空气中的水分,减小电阻,增加导电性,使静电荷不容易积存。抗静电剂主要是外表活性剂,有亲水基和疏水基(或称极性基和非极性基)。亲水基对水等极性较大的物质亲和性强,疏水基对油类等极性较小的物质亲和性强。抗静电剂在印刷上有很广的用处,像用来制造避免静电的软质胶辊等等。
